Shipping and Delivery:

Your items will be shipped ASAP. Cut off time for same-day shipping is 2:00 EST. After that, all items purchased will ship the next day. US Shipping is usually 2 to 5 days depending on your location. If you wish faster shipping, you may choose Priority Mail at check out. International Shipping:

WE SHIP TO CANADA AND INTERNATIONALLY Monday thru Friday except for Holidays. Products usually arrive internationally within 7-10 business days. When HDsmallPARTS offers free shipping, it is limited to domestic U.S. addresses in the lower 48 states. Any shipping without a U.S. mailing address will not qualify for free shipping when/if offered. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination if not calculated at the time of checkout. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. HDsmallPARTS LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Also, when the package leaves the United States we are no longer liable for the loss of an item by the carrier.

Payments:

We accept payments through Shopify, PayPal, Stripe and Major Credit Cards. You will be provided with a tracking number when the shipping label is printed. You do not need to have an account to use PayPal. Confirmation of payment received will be provided.

Restrictions & Fine Print:

HDsmallPARTS is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. Inclement weather, Holidays, and Sundays are not the fault of HDsmallPARTS LLC.

Modifying orders, such as canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, shipping method, or preferences, might affect your order's eligibility for the free shipping offer and the length of time it will take for your shipment to arrive. You may be liable for other service charges.

HDsmallPARTS LLC reserves the right to change, update, or discontinue the FREE shipping method at any time. To save on our shipping costs, we will combine multiple items ordered that ship to the same address. We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO/FPO, Postal Office Box, or any international orders. If you do not see the shipping amount stated, call or email for the cost before ordering.

Sales Tax Policy:

HDsmallPARTS LLC only collects sales tax for orders shipping in the state of Georgia. Any orders shipping to any location outside the state of Georgia are not subject to sales tax at this time, but Laws are changing, and our policy will be adjusted accordingly.

Carrier Related Damages:

Report any damages immediately to the carrier. Work with the carrier to file a claim and pick up a damaged carton with entire contents. (Do not ship directly back to HDsmallPARTS). After a claim has been filed and settled, contact HDsmallPARTS LLC for re-shipment. This must be within five days after receipt of the order.

Non-Carrier Related Damages;

Any goods received damaged that you suspect are not carrier-related should be reported to us immediately after receipt of the order. A copy of your invoice must be available when reporting.

Any shortages must be reported immediately upon receipt of your order. A copy of your invoice must be available when reporting.

Fitment Issues

If you have a fitment issue, please contact HDsmallPARTS LLC first. Any modified products or those that have been installed or used on the motorcycle are non-returnable. You should know right away if the wrong item has been ordered by the year ranges on the packages themselves.

Return Authorization

YOU MUST contact HDsmallPARTS LLC for an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) form. Returns must be made within 30 days after receipt of your order. Please return items in the original, unopened container and packing material. Returns after 30 days will NOT be accepted. A copy of the original invoice and the RMA form must be sent with the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be received complete in the original condition they were sent. There will be a 20% restocking charge for undamaged, resalable returned items.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HDsmallPARTS LLC be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or special consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any its products.
